To integrate law education and practice tightly intercross, Tainan Branch, Administrative Enforcement Agency, Ministry of justice expected to construct a communication platform for law students. By doing so, they can learn more on how the practice works penetrate reciprocally. In order to build this platform, Tainan Branch will offer a cooperative off-campus internship program. The signing ceremony will be held on June 7, 2016 at 10:30 am at CTBC Financial Management College. The director of Tainan Branch, Administrative Enforcement Agency, Bang-Xiu Liu and the principal of CTBC Financial Management College, Guang-Xun Shi will co-chair the signing ceremony. The previous director-general of Administrative Enforcement Agency, Ministry of Justice, Qing-Yun Zhang is also invited to attend this important event. Beginning in September this year, the law students from CTBC Financial Management College can start their internship at Tainan Branch and enjoy the in-class learning experiences. This will be the first instance of having a systematic off-campus internship training in a government agency for law students from Tainan and its immediate vicinity. A spokesman from Tainan Branch stated that the steps in applying the compulsory enforcement act, practice of auctions, and debt collection are all important and related to the financial industry. The future workplace for the law students from CTBC Financial Management College would most likely be in the associate businesses or companies under the CTBC holding company. Working at Tainan Branch, these law students may gain plentiful practical experiences for organizing auctions or collecting debts. In other words, they can apply what they learned to their work. In short, this industry-university cooperative internship program helps achieve the goal of engaging the effective use of excellent industrial manpower while they may apply what they learned to the work.
