            Taipei Branch held "123 joint auction" and the on-site tour of the "Learning how to bid in the public auctions" event in the afternoon of August 6.  The people reacted well in the auction, multiple personal properties, including the sunglasses and the twin-dragon jade pendant, and the real properties, such as the Taipei Mansion located beside Fuxin Rd., Xindian etc. The total amount made from the final bid of the auction was 19,426,009 NTD.   The most popular items in the auction were the sunglasses from the famous brands, such as COACH, E. ARMANI etc. The auction price was much lower than the market price, so the people reacted actively in the auction. There were tens of sunglasses sold in this auction. The total amount made from the final bid was 69,100 NTD. The twin-dragon jade pendant, which ended with nobody bid in multiple auctions, had also been sold for a high price, 450,000 NTD. In addition, LED lightbulbs, the horse brush paintings hand-painted by the six generations of Shen Bao Zhen, the master Shen Lu Sui, the jade jewelries from the department store brands and Golden Dragon and Peony sorghum liquors were also purchased by the people. The total amount made from the said personal properties was 633,360 NTD. The most famous real property in the auction was the Taipei Mansion located beside Fuxin Rd., Xindian. The final bid of it was 18,181,899 NTD. 1 land located in Meijen Section, Songshan District was also been auctioned this time. The total amount made from the final bid of real properties was 18,792,649 NTD.   The total amount made from the joint auction was 19,426,009 NTD.
