People are eager to register for classes

          On May 7, 2019, the Kaohsiung Branch of the Administrative Enforcement Agency of the Ministry of Justice offered "The ABCs of Foreclosed House -- Real Estate Bidding Practice Course", which is open to the public for 40 people free of charge, and the sign-up quota is instantly full. People are asking whether the course will be offered again in the future. It is obvious from this phenomenon that people are very interested in this course.

          On that day, after the brief speech made Lin, Ching-Tsung, the Director-general of the Administrative Enforcement Agency of the Ministry of Justice, and the director of its Kaohsiung Branch, Huang, Tsai-hsiu, the enforcement officer, Lee, Shu-min, who has had many years of experiences on administrative enforcement operations, gave a lively lecture on auction of real estates. The content of this course is mainly about the explanations and instructions on the topics, such as real estate auction process, how to search for real estate auction targets, how to read the real estate auction announcement, and how to fill out the real estate bidding documents. She also guided the participants to conduct the on-site observation of the event-- "Joint Auction of 3 Agents in Kaohsiung" which was taking place on the same day. The participants of the course all agreed that they benefited a lot from this course, but sighed with a pity that the time for it was far from enough to fully enjoy it.

          The Kaohsiung Branch hopes that by offering this course, it will give more people better understanding about court auction. Not only people may acquire high-quality items with low price, but also it may improve the effectiveness of the enforcement procedure on foreclosure and auction. It is indeed a win-win approach. If there is any opportunity in the future, it is also certainly possible to offer other similar courses.
