3. Scope of data, cycle and timeliness

• Scope of the statistical area and target: The scope and target of the statistics are based on cases accepted by the administrative enforcement branch agencies under the jurisdiction of the Administrative Enforcement Agency of the Ministry of Justice.
• Statistical standard time: The annual data is the data from January 1 to December 31 of the current year; the monthly data is the data from the 1st day to the end of the current month.
• Statistical item definition: to be in accordance with the "Explanations on Statistical Terms Used in Legal Statistics".
• Statistical unit: piece and NT$.
• Release time: The monthly data is to be released in each mid-month of the following month; the annual data is to be released in each mid-January of the following year.
