The amount made from the final bid of two lands owned by "people of Qing Dynasty" set a new record

           There were two lands located in Luzhou District of New Taipei City were auctioned in the "123 joint auction" held by the New Taipei Branch on September 3, 2019. The obligors of the lands were born in 1885 and died in 1949 without heirs. The lands currently are escrowed by the National Property Administration; The amount made from the final bid of it was 102,400,000 NTD and set a new record for the amount of a single real property auctioned by New Taipei Branch.
