The Agency has collected over NT 140 billion dollars as of January 9^th, 2008 since being founded on Jan. 1^st, 2001. The exact number is NT 140 billion 774 thousand, and 442 dollars; the amount collected in 2007 was NT 26 billion 179 million 61 thousand, and 403 dollars, which increased more than 300 million dollars than the amount collected in 2005 (25 billion 748 million 422 thousand, and 089 dollars), and created another high record.

Since the Director-general, Lin, Chao-Song, Administrative Enforcement Agency, Ministry of Justice, took up office on April 12^th, 2007, he adopted the moving management practice, visited and consoled enforcement personnel, in the 13 administrative enforcement branches, about their work to boost morale and listen to innovative approaches and reform advice from the enforcement personnel, and then broke through the bottleneck. The amount collected by the Administrative Enforcement Branches that he is in charge of, accumulated NT 130 billion dollars on September 13^th, 2007. The overall amount collected in 2007 was NT 26 billion 179 million 61 thousand, and 403 dollars, which increased more than 300 million dollars than the amount collected in 2005 (25 billion 748 million 422 thousand, and 089 dollars), and created another high record; as of January 9^th, 2008, it has already exceeded 140 billion. Within the 7 years of the establishment of the Administrative Enforcement organizations, they have deposited more than 140 billion into the National Treasury, created brilliant performance, and built the paragon of enterprise operation for government units.

On Jan. 1^st, 2001, when government reform was highly emphasized, the Agency was organized to correspond to the guideline of simplified organization, efficient deployment of commissioned workers, assistance from alternative military services personnel, network management system application and construction and promotion of innovative systems devotion, in addition, “clean, efficient, cordial” are followed by all enforcement officers, “enterprise operation” concept is introduced, “Goal management and evaluation efficiency” are set as the guidelines for business, a “responsibility center” system to pursue the most simplified organization and highest achievement is founded to establish an enterprise governmental unit and to set up the high efficiency model on professional and efficient operations.
