The accumulative amount successfully collected through enforcement against estates, collected by the subsidiary Administration Division of the Administrative Enforcement Agency, has topped NT$150 billion as of May 15, 2008, since the establishment date on January 1, 2001. By September 15, 2008, that is, as short as 4 months later, the amount broke NT$ (same as below) 160 billion and reached $166,000,665,939 dollars.

        The subsidiary Administration Division of the Administrative Enforcement Agency was formally was founded on January 1, 2001. To satisfy the spirit of governmental reformation, and to trim and streamline organization, we efficiently adopt outsourcing personnel, alternative military service and assigned personnel from transferring institutions such supplementary manpower and are devoted to the construction and promotion of various systems. In addition to the requirement of fairness, rationality and proportionality as performing enforcement procedures, the executive personnel shall also recognize efficiency as the core value, introduce the concept of “business-based operation” and employ “target management and performance evaluation” as the guidelines for business advancement to establish responsibility centers. We expect to organize a brand new business-based agency to promote businesses more professionally and efficiently and establish an example for highly efficient government.

        In order to reinforce the functions of administrative power, the subsidiary Administration Division of the Administrative Enforcement Agency insists on carrying out public power. Aiming at various types of cases, we make good use of different implementation measures empowered by laws, flexibly employ sealing up of properties, limit restraining orders or applications to the court for arresting and taking into custody to aggressively implement our jobs. The results are remarkable, allowing the public to feel the determination of the government to carry out public power. We will continue our effort to enhance our implementation and attain excellent achievements once again.
