Chiayi Branch, Administrative Enforcement Agency, Ministry of Justice offered free winter growth camp programs for school children (grade 1 to 6) with warm care. This program started from January 20, 2017 to the 26th. The faculty of this program was comprised of a group of substitute service personnel with medical or dental bachelor’s degrees or even master’s degree. The contents of this program primarily included school counseling, medical safety advocacy, dental care, and two field trips to Chiayi City Koji Pottery Museum and Chiayi City Prison Museum to strengthen children’s concepts of law. In the morning shift, they counselled with school children about the assigned winter projects and homework. In the afternoon shift, they arranged table tennis teaching with the aid of Chiayi Branch, Administrative Enforcement Agency in terms of sponsoring table tennis equipment such as the specialized tables and rockets. Starting up with learning how to serve the ball, individuals had five-day training with these substitute service personnel and joint the table tennis contest. That is to say, seemingly, these school children really had an extraordinary fruitful winter vacation and met new friends while their parents may have peaceful spare time to revitalize the “family and national economy.”
