Minister Chiu of ministry of justice awarded the certificate of “2016 annual Ministry of justice award of service quality” on the expanded ministry affair conference at 14th, June. Minister Lee of Ilan branch received the award on his behalf. Minister Chiu gave recognition to the effort of awarded branch in serving the publics and also encouraged other agency to learn from Ilan branch to enhance their service quality.
Ilan branch based on the concept of justice and care and the spirit of innovation and convenience to design several measures to bring convenience to the publics. This provides people that came for business warmer service, which leads to the nomination of 2016 annual 9th government service quality award of the executive yuan. Ilan branch has specific responsibility in administrative execution of monetary obligation pursuant under public laws, which was inherently unlovable and presented a bad image to the publics. It had a worse condition in competing with the other executive agency. Still, Ilan branch stood out from more than hundreds of competing agency and being nominated as one of the thirty four finalists.
