The total amount made from the final bid of the auction is around 156,190,000 NTD.

There were various items provided for auction during the first joint auction held by the AEA branches after the Chinese New Year on February 12. The public responded with enthusiasm and participated in the auction actively. The total amount made from the final bid of the real estate properties and personal properties combined was 156,197,073 NTD and resulted in an exceptional performance.

The main real estate properties auctioned this time were the lands and constructions which was located in the Zhongshan District and Songshan District of Taipei City, the Shenkeng District of New Taipei City, etc. and auctioned by the Taipei Branch, with the final bid price of around 113,600,000 NTD. The lands located in the Sanchong District, Zhonghe District and Yingge District, etc. of New Taipei City and auctioned by the New Taipei Branch, with the final bid price of around 9,950,000 NTD. The land located in the Guanyin District of Taoyuan City and auctioned by the Taoyuan Branch, with the final bid price of 1,730,000 NTD. The lands and constructions which were located in Toufen City, Dahu Township, Hukou Township, Xinpu Township, etc. of Miaoli and auctioned by the Hsinchu Branch, with the final bid price of around 7,290,000 NTD. The lands which were located in the Dadu District, South District, etc. of Taichung City and auctioned by the Taichung Branch, with the final bid price of 1,460,000 NTD. The lands which were located in Shuilin Township, Huwei Township and Taixi Township of Yunlin County and auctioned by the Chiayi Branch, with the final bid price of around 1,910,000 NTD. The lands and constructions which were located in the Gangshan District, Daliao District, etc. of Kaohsiung City and auctioned by the Kaohsiung Branch, with the final bid price of around 12,490,000 NTD. The construction located in Jiaoxi Township of Yilan County and auctioned by the Yilan Branch, with the final bid price of around 2,150,000 NTD.

It was a huge success, the total amount made from the final bid for the real estate properties was 150,960,864 NTD.

In addition, the total amount made from the final bid for the personal properties auctioned by every branch was 5,236,209 NTD.

This included a vehicle which was auctioned by the Taipei Branch at the price of 500,000 NTD as well as necklaces, jade ware, lazuli stamps, COACH glasses, Golden Dragon and Peony Sorghum Liquors, perfumes, earrings, broochs, bracelets, hand-printed ink paintings auctioned by the Taipei Branch. The total amount of the final bid price was around 170,000 NTD. Moreover, the stocks of LI KANG BIOMEDICAL CO., LTD, which was issued for private placement, were auctioned by the New Taipei Branch at the price of 3,100,000 NTD and other ornaments, such as jades and crystal halite lamps were auctioned by the New Taipei Branch. The total amount of the final bid price was around 260,000 NTD.

The wooden sculptures, liquors from Remy Martin, computer monitors, antique vases, etc. auctioned by the Taoyuan Branch. The total amount of the final bid price was around 130,000 NTD.

Five vehicles, jewelry such as the jade pendant decorated with diamond chips and k-gold necklaces auctioned by the Taichung Branch. The total amount of the final bid price was around 160,000 NTD.

103 pieces of items such as an oil reservoir, dryers, oil pumpers, weigh stations, cranes, masks, eye cream and essences auctioned by the Chiayi Branch. The total amount of the final bid price was around 910,000 NTD. Five vehicles, one large and heavy motorcycle and other items including seventeen potted plants auctioned by the Pingtung Branch. The total amount of the final bid price was around 310,000 NTD.

There were also other personal properties that were auctioned by other branches. This auction resulted in a great performance. The public enjoyed the auction and the national treasury collected a huge amount from the taxes and fees during the event.
