The joint auction held before the Dragon Boat Festival resulted in exceptional performance with a total amount of 82,750,000.

Due to the coming Dragon Boat Festival, all AEA branches provide rice dumplings, cold tea, cakes and other snacks in the joint auction held on June 4. There are various items including the paintings that can cultivate the art spirits in your home, luxury jewels with affordable prices, etc. The public responded with enthusiasm and participated in the auction actively. The total amount made from the conclusion of the auction of the real properties and personal properties combined was 82,754,807 NTD and resulted in another exceptional performance.

The total amount realized from the conclusion of the auction of personal properties auctioned by the branches was 3,282,746 NTD.

It included antique diamond watches, silk embroidery and brush paintings hand painted by the sixth generations of Shen Pao-chen, the famous master of horse paintings, Shen Lu-sui which was auctioned by the Taipei Branch. The final bid price for them was around 400,000 NTD. Rhodonite and stone sculptures which were auctioned off by the Shilin Branch. The final bid price for them was around 40,000 NTD. The handmade drinks from the famous herbal tea brand " Wong Lo Kat", fresh cream rolls form the famous French snack brand "Room 4 Dessert," organic care products, and Amethyst Geodes which were auctioned by the New Taipei Branch. The final bid price for them was around 250,000 NTD. The south sea pearls earrings, BMW brake parts, and the suitcases which were shown on the runway were auctioned off by the Taoyuan Branch. The total amount of the final bid price was around 620,000 NTD. Many used cars and motorcycles were auctioned off by the Taichung Branch. The total amount of the final bid price was around 520,000 NTD. Rice dumplings, smoked and corned duck and tea-smoked goose were auctioned off by the Yilan Branch. The total amount of the final bid price was around 8,000 NTD. There were other personal properties auctioned off by the other branches. It is the best chance for the public to shop with good prices.

The main real estate properties auctioned off  this time were the parking lots which were located in the parking space of the Asian Plaza in front of the Taipei Main Station auctioned off by the Taipei Branch. The final bid price was around 4,270,000 NTD. The lands and constructions located in Zhulin Rd., Yonghe District of New Taipei City were auctioned off by the New Taipei Branch. Their final bid price was around 12,550,000 NTD. The lands and constructions which were located in Lai-Cuo-Kuo section, North District of Taichung City were auctioned off by the Taichung Branch. Their final bid price was 15,010,000NTD. The lands and constructions which were located in Xikou Township, Chiayi County were auctioned off by the Chiayi Branch. Its final bid price was 9,100,000 NTD. Multiple lands located in Zhengyi Section, Hunei District of Kaohsiung City were auctioned off by the Kaohsiung Branch. Their conclusion of the auction price was around 15,190,000 NTD.

The huge success of the total amount made from the conclusion of the auction of real properties was 79,472,061 NTD.
