"Course for the instructions of the bidding processes" conducted at all AEA Branches

All AEA branches simultaneously held the "Course for the instructions of the bidding processes" today (13th) (note: Because the Tainan City Government called off work and school today, the course of the Tainan Branch will be postponed to the 20th of the same month). There were 660 people who participated in the courses.  The courses had a wide range of contents, including the bid of personal properties and real properties, allowing the participants to engage in the auction in person and providing instructions on "how to pick up a valuable item at a good price" to them.

The goodwill ambassadors and the mascot "Pi-Bao" also attended the courses to interact with the public enthusiastically. The public could feel the diligence and attentiveness of the governmental authority. All participants were satisfied with the cordial, professional and enthusiastic services provided by the Branches.

After opening to the public for signing up procedures at 10 a.m., on July 22nd, they responded enthusiastically to the "Course for the instructions of the bidding processes." All sessions of the branches were full by the same afternoon after the public signed up. Some of the public even contacted the branches, hoping that the number of seats or sessions could be increased. Some branches increased the number of seats after evaluating the equipment of the site, while other branches provided live online streams to broadcast the course. This provided an opportunity for the people who could not participate in person to still learn.

Additionally, all officers in the branches actively promoted the joint auction held on the “first” “Tuesday” of every month, starting at “3” p.m. and legal education in different locations, including tax authorities, motor vehicles offices, main tourist attractions, stations, kindergartens, community centers, radio stations, etc. The passion and attentiveness of the officers were encouraged and praised by people from all walks of life.

From the start of the joint auction held on the “first” “Tuesday” of every month, starting at “3” p.m. in December 2016," the AEA has devoted itself to promoting the auction services, as seen in recent years. The total amount made from the said auction reached around 3,800,000,000 NTD. The user interface of the searching system for auction announcements was also optimized for the convenience of the public, so that they can easily look at the auction items. The AEA also provided some innovative services, such as the "Showing you the foreclosure houses" program conducted by the AEA officers with the hope of conveying the auction information effectively to the public as well as the branches holding courses related to the instructions of the bidding processes for foreclosure properties. The AEA hoped that these efforts could raise the public's interest in participating in the auctions and promote the image of the AEA.

For those who could not attend the course, the AEA is considering to expand the availability of the relevant courses. Please stay tuned!
