The joint auction held before the Chinese New Year resulted in an exceptional performance with the highest-bidding total amount exceeding NTD 163,780,000.

The AEA branches held the joint auction held on the “first” “Tuesday” of every month, starting at “3” p.m. today (1/7). There were various items in the auction, including many high-value real-estate properties, such as lands, residences, plants, community parking lots and hot spring suites. Daily goods, such as perfume from famous brands, shampoo for salons, organic plant-based care products. There were also machines, such as heavy motorcycles, lifts and trucks. Agricultural products, such as nuts, tomatoes, baby corn and sweet corn. The total amount made after the highest-bidding for the auction was NTD 163,789,699 and this entire amount is going to benefit the national treasury.

The total amount made after the highest-bidding for the real-estate properties was NTD 161,478,612. The real-estate property that received the highest-bidding was a parking lot with 136 spaces of a community located in Yangmei District, Taoyuan City, which was auctioned by the Taoyuan Branch. The highest-bidding for this property was NTD 31,337,000. Other real-estate properties auctioned were: the closed lunch box factory located in Daan District, Taichung City which was auctioned by the Taichung Branch and had a highest-bidding of NTD 21,460,000. The 9 lands located in Banqiao District, New Taipei City which was auctioned by the New Taipei Branch and had a highest-bidding of NTD 17,463,900. The land located in Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City which was auctioned by the Kaohsiung Branch and had a highest-bidding of NTD 14,842,226. The most special properties auctioned in this joint auction were 22 hot spring suites located in the Taitung Jhihben Hot Spring Area which was auctioned by the Hualien Branch and had a highest-bidding of NTD 8,564,575. The auction ended with exceptional results.

The total amount made after the highest-bidding for the personal properties was NTD 2,311,087.

The daily goods auctioned by the New Taipei Branch, including perfume from famous brands, shampoo for salons, organic plant-based care products, had a highest-bidding of around NTD 140,000. 1 truck auctioned by the Taoyuan Branch had a highest-bidding of NTD 510,000. 1 lift, 5 punches and 1 lathe auctioned by the Changhua Branch had a highest-bidding of NTD 50,000. The most special items auctioned in this auction were the agricultural products auctioned by the Chiayi Branch, such as nuts, tomatoes, baby corn and sweet corn, which had a highest-bidding of around NTD 12,000.
