Continually Support the Disadvantaged and Deliver Warmness on Dragon Boat Festival

The Director-General of AEA, Lin Ching-Tsung, the Director of Kaohsiung Branch, Yeh Tzu-Chiang, members of the Caring club of the Branch and members of Huashan Social Welfare Foundation jointly visited the solitary elderly residents (June 20), and provided consolation payment and Dragon Boat Festival gifts to them. The residents could feel the warmness and caring from AEA.

An elder woman who couldn't stand straight due to lordosis, and had difficulty with actions caused by degenerative joint disease, could only rely on crutches to move. Therefore, she doesn't have a job or any income and has been suffering from poverty. Her husband had passed away many years ago. With the solitary living environment in a tiny tin house, the recent heat and hot weather make her life even worse.

Once the Director-General, Lin, who continually cared for the disadvantaged, realized the situation during his visit to Kaohsiung Branch. He decided to visit the elder woman with the Director of Kaohsiung Branch before the Dragon Boat Festival, to give her the consolation payment and Dragon Boat Festival gifts, and to take practical actions to encourage her with the caring and kindness of the executive system to on Dragon Boat Festival as happy as possible.

AEA always provides multiple services to the public with the core value of justice and caring. In order to implement the ideas of "justice and caring," AEA and all the branches will continue to embrace these core value to help the disadvantaged actively while implementing the public authority.
