The total highest-bidding amount made from the AEA joint auction held on the “first” “Tuesday” of every month, starting at “3” p.m. in the afternoon of October 6, 2020 was NTD 137,016,561 and will be collected by the national treasury.

The personal properties auctioned this time included BMW automobiles, LEXUS automobiles, NISSAN automobiles, Nissan Motors, Mitsubishi Motors, Honda Motor, Mazda vans, Suzuki minivans, CHINA-MOTOR vans, Isuzu vans, CHINA-MOTOR SARVIN, Toyota RAV4 SUVs, heavy motorcycle with yellow plate, KYMCO motorcycle, YAMAHA motorcycle, Gogoro electric motorcycles, large format printer, LCD TV, Guanyin rice from Yuli, shampoo, backpacks for pet, cat toy, woven goods handmade by indigenous people, stock, home appliances, coin purses made with sheepskin, wallet made with cowhide, automatic belt made with cowhide, transparent safety goggles for epidemic prevention, sunglasses, stationery, tea, coffee beans, etc. The total highest-bidding amount made from the auction of the personal properties was NTD 2,035,478.

The total highest-bidding amount made from the auction of the real properties were NTD 134,981,083. The one with the highest-bidding amount was the land located at No 33, Chunghua Section, Xindian District, New Taipei City and auctioned by the Taipei Branch. The highest-bidding amount made from the auction of one land and two buildings located at Xinxing Section, Xinxing District, Kaohsiung City and auctioned by the Kaohsiung Branch was NTD 15,480,000. The highest-bidding amount made from the auction of one land located at Yangming Section, Sanmin District, Kaohsiung City and auctioned by the Kaohsiung Branch was NTD 5,109,999. The highest-bidding amount made from the auction of two lands located at Tongliang Middle Section, Baisha Township, Penghu County and auctioned by the Kaohsiung Branch was NTD 1,210,158.

The highest-bidding amount made from the auction of the land located at Baifu Section, Wujie Township, Yilan County and auctioned by the Yilan Branch was NTD 3,170,000. The highest-bidding amount made from the auction of the land located at Baxihou Subsection, Caolan Section, Qidu District, Keelung City and auctioned by the Yilan Branch was NTD 1,536,000.

The highest-bidding amount made from the auction of three lands located at Baodouren Subsection, Baodouren Section, Baoshan Township, Hsinchu County and auctioned by the Hsinchu Branch was NTD 2,852,000.

The highest-bidding amount made from the auction of the land located at Land No. 1996, Houchang Section, Xinwu District, Taoyuan City and auctioned by Taoyuan Branch was NTD 2,186,000. The highest-bidding amount made from the auction of five lands located at Pingzhen District, Taoyuan City and auctioned by the Taoyuan Branch was NTD 1,392,500. The highest-bidding amount made from the auction of the land located at Daxia Section, Hemei Township, Changhua County was NTD 580,000.

The highest-bidding amount made from the auction of the land located at Wukuailiao Section, Yuanchang Township, Yunlin County and auctioned by the Chiayi Branch was NTD 396,800.

The highest-bidding amount made from the auction of the land located in Xizhi District and auctioned by Shilin Branch was NTD 389,999. The highest-bidding amount made from the auction of the land located at Shihmen District and auctioned by the Shilin Branch was NTD 41,600.

The highest-bidding amount made from the auction of the land located at Dalian Section, Pingtung City and auctioned by the Pingtung Branch was NTD 178,200.

In order to respond to the development of COVID-19, AEA authorized the branches to determine whether to hold the auction of personal property or real property in the joint auction held on the “first” “Tuesday” of every month, starting at “3” p.m. every month.
