With the coronavirus pandemic relief slowing, the branches’ venues which met the relevant standards of epidemic provided by the CDC, may start to hold the auction of personal property, and adopt the communication bidding and on-site bidding for the auction of real property.

Except for the Changhua Branch and Chiayi Branch suspending the auctions of personal properties, all the other 11 branches held the auctions of personal properties. All branches held the auction of real properties with communication bidding and on-site bidding concurrently. 

The total amount made from the highest-bidding was 147,465,534 NTD.

The total amount made from the highest-bidding of the real properties was 145,749,711 NTD. The real properties included the lands located in Xinyi District, Taipei City and Xindian District, New Taipei City and auctioned by Taipei Branch. The total amount made from the highest-bidding was around 35,020,000 NTD; the lands and buildings located in Banqiao District, Sanxia District, Xinzhuang District, Luzhou District, New Taipei City were auctioned through communication bidding by New Taipei branch. The total amount made from the highest-bidding was around 47,010,000 NTD; The lands and buildings located in North District, Xitun District, Tanzi District and Dali District, Taichung City were auctioned by Taichung Branch. The total amount made from the highest-bidding was around 48,180,000 NTD; the lands located in Zhutang Township and Beidou Township, Changhua County were auctioned by Changhua Branch. The total amount made from the highest-bidding was 2,530,000 NTD. The lands and buildings located in Sanmin District, Lingya District and Shanlin District., Kaohsiung City were auctioned by Kaohsiung Branch. The total amount made from the highest-bidding was around 12,140,000 NTD.

In addition, the total amount made from the highest-bidding of personal properties auctioned by the branches was 1,715,823 NTD.

The personal properties included a automobile, stocks of Sunny Bank, stocks of Hwatai Bank, stocks of Pacific Electric Wire and Cable, Koji Ceramic, Wisteria Maiden dolls, Scroll painting and glass vases were auctioned by Shilin Branch. The total amount made from the highest-bidding was around 310,000 NTD; The Zambia Emerald, jade pendant, jade stamp material, sculpted salt lamp, stocks of Nanshan Life, stocks of Bank of Panhsin, stocks of Hwatai Bank, stocks of Sunny Bank, stocks of Nanshan Life, stocks of Pacific Electric Wire and Cable were auctioned by the New Taipei branch. The total amount made from the highest-bidding was around 270,000; 4 automobiles, stocks of Coho Technology, Hermès scarfs, tableware, bags, business card holders, wool quilts, bamboo charcoal quilts, pillows, amethyst etc. auctioned by Taoyuan Branch. The total amount made from the highest-bidding was around 390,000 NTD; fitness equipment, pottery tools and refrigerator were auctioned by the Hsinchu Branch. The total amount made from the highest-bidding was around 230,000 NTD; 4 automobiles auctioned by the Taichung Branch. The amount made from the highest-bidding was 390,000 NTD.
