The last joint auction of the year, the total amount made from the final bid of the clearance is around NTD 130,000,000

In order to prevent the epidemic in fall and winter, the joint auction held on the “first” “Tuesday” of every month, starting at “3” p.m.” on December 1 by the branches of AEA started to arrange the on-site auctions in compliance with the epidemic prevention instructions provided by the CDC to protect the public health.

Except for Changhua Branch suspending the auction of personal properties, all the other branches held on-site auctions for personal properties; Except for the New Taipei Branch, Hsinchu Branch, Tainan Branch, and Pingtung which only allowed communications bidding, all the other 9 branches adopted the communication bidding and on-site bidding for the auction of real properties.

The total amount made from the highest-bidding of the auction reached NTD 130,343,553, which is an exceptional result.

The total amount made from the highest-bidding of the auction of real properties was NTD 129,353,621. The highest-bidding one was the cram school located at Fuguo World Community, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City and auctioned by Taoyuan Branch. The amount made from the highest-bidding was NTD 47,921,000. The second highest-bidding one was the 21st Floor of the Cooperation Center of Chungyue Universe, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City and auctioned by the Taoyuan Branch. The amount made from the highest-bidding was NTD 36,508,800.

Other real properties provided for this auction include the land and building located at Fuji Street, Xitun District, Taichung City and was auctioned by the Taichung Branch. The amount made from the highest-bidding was NTD 18,588,999; The residence in the Gemini Community located at Linkou District, New Taipei City and was auctioned by the New Taipei branch. The amount made from the highest-bidding was NTD 10,620,000. This case was auctioned by “Communication Bidding”; Other branches also auctioned a few qualified real properties and had excellent results as well. 

There were 12 branches holding auctions for personal properties today. The total amount made from the highest-bidding was NTD 989,932.

There was a ISUZU private van (2007, 2999C.C.) which was auctioned by the Hualien Branch. The amount made from the highest-bidding was NTD 201,000; the second highest-bidding one was a Chunghua van (2013, 2351C.C.) The amount made from the highest-bidding was NTD 180,000.

Other personal properties provided for conclusion of the auction included boutique goods from luxury brands, jewelries, stocks, hanged paintings, digital piano, home appliances, glutinous oil rice, cakes, imported wines and liquors, pet goods etc.

AEA reminds that, the Fall-Winter COVID-19 Prevention Program starts from 12/1, the public shall wear mask at eight designated places. People could not follow that regulations and refuse to take the advice should be regarded as violating the law and will get a fine from NTD 3,000 to NTD 15,000. Please follow the regulations so as not to get fined.
