The first joint auction held this year had an exceptional result

The total amount of around NTD 216,270,000 was made from the highest-biddings of the auction

With the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) relief slowing, the branches’ venues which met the relevant standards of epidemic provided by the CDC, may start to hold the auction of personal property, and adopt the communication bidding and on-site bidding for the auction of real property.

Except for the Changhua Branch suspending the auctions of personal properties, all the other 12 branches held the auctions of personal properties. All branches held the auction of real properties with communication bidding and on-site bidding concurrently. 

The total amount made from the highest-bidding was NTD 216,279,311.

The total amount made from the auction of the real properties is NTD 214,130,913. The main real properties auctioned include the land located in Wanhua District, Taipei City, auctioned by Taipei Branch. The amount made from the highest-bidding is around NTD 11,110,000; the land located in Tucheng District and Yingge District, New Taipei City, auctioned by the New Taipei Branch. The amount made from the highest-bidding is around NTD 2,550,000. All of the said real properties are auctioned through communication bidding; the lands located in Guanyin District and Guishan District, Taoyuan City were auctioned by the Taoyuan Branch. The amount made from the highest-bidding is around NTD 1,490,000; the land located in Zhubei City, Hsinchu County and Zhunan Township, Miaoli County were auctioned by the Hsinchu Branch. The amount made from the highest-bidding reaches around NTD 170,230,000. All of the said real properties are auctioned through communication bidding; the area of the land located in Zhunan Township, Miaoli County is more than 100,000 square meters. The amount made from the highest-bidding reaches around NTD 100,000,000; the land located in Zhutang Township and Fangyuan Township, Changhua County were auctioned by the Changhua Branch. The amount made from the highest-bidding was around NTD 2,780,000; the land located in Yongkang District, Tainan City were auctioned by the Tainan Branch. The amount made from the highest-bidding is NTD 17,710,000. This real property was auctioned through communication bidding;the land and building located in Fongshan District, Kaohsiung City was auctioned by the Kaohsiung Branch. The amount made from the highest-bidding is around NTD 3,190,000; the land and buildings located in Pingtung City, Pingtung County were auctioned by the Pingtung Branch. The amount made from the highest-bidding was around NTD 1,100,000. The said real properties are auctioned through communication bidding; the land and building located in Beinan Township, Taitung County were auctioned by the Hualien Branch. The amount made from the highest-bidding was around NTD 2,890,000.

In addition, the total amount made from the highest-bidding of personal properties auctioned by the branches was NTD 2,148,398.

The personal properties auctioned included an automobile, Sunny Bank stocks, jade pendants, wall paintings etc. auctioned by the Shilin Branch. The amount made from the highest-bidding is around NTD 870,000; a digital piano, an ice-making machine for ice cream, an ice stirrer etc. auctioned by the Hsinchu Branch. The amount made from the highest-bidding is around NTD 220,000; 2 automobiles, rice, band-aids, antipyretic stickers and shampoos etc. and were auctioned by the Hualien Branch. The amount made from the highest-bidding is around NTD 360,000.

Thanks for actively participating in the communication bidding. The public on-site venues cooperated and agreed with temperature checking and the wearing of masks. Therefore, the “joint auction held on the “first” “Tuesday” of every month, starting at “3” p.m.” resulted well and created an exceptional result during the epidemic prevention period.
