17. How to identify the enforcement personnel？

There is people’s right involved in administrative execution. For the sake of deliberation, the enforcement personnel shall present certificate that is sufficient to prove his/her identity in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 5 of Administrative Execution Act. The “certificate that is sufficient to prove his/her identity” referred to herein shall not subject to ID card, badge or other identity certificate. All civil servant certificate or documents that is sufficient to prove his/her authorities shall also apply.
