19. How does one report an offending party with properties available for execution found during the reward period announced on the e-bulletin board of the Administrative Enforcement Agency of the Ministry of Justice? Are there rewards for such reports?

I.The report can be sent to Floor 2 No.115 Sec.1, Heping E. Rd., Taipei City (Section 3 of the Administrative Enforcement Agency of the Ministry of Justice), email: tpk03@mail.moj.gov.tw or to telephone number (02) 23512088, fax (02) 23913029 (For details, please refer to the website of the Administrative Enforcement Agency of the Ministry of Justice: http://www.tpk.moj.gov.tw. Electronic Bulletin Board "Award Report Announcement"). In addition to providing solid evidence, the reporting party shall express real name, ID No., contact address and other reachable information. II.If the offending party is arrested or the properties available for execution of the obligator is found and settled to the public creditor’s right, the reporting party will receive the bonus pursuant to regulations. No bonus will be provided if the reporting party is anonymous, or fails to provide physical clue within deadline or the information provided is false or illegal without notice otherwise. The bonus paid will be reclaimed if there is false information found or obtained illegally. When collecting the bonus, the letter guarantees that there is no false information provided or obtained illegally shall be provided.
